Resources Used in Making This Site

We used a variety of information sources to create our site. Some of the organizational leaders came to our school to be interviewed. Some of the students interviewed and photographed the leaders at their locations.

We used the following hardware and software: digital & 35mm cameras, scanner, Adobe Photoshop, MS Word, Notepad, HTML, and Internet/Email. Registration of the lindenavenue.com domain name and hosting for our site was generously donated by Greg Domeno, owner of Cyberverse Inc.

Free software tools we used in creating our project included the MySQL database software, and the Perl programming language. This service is provided by our Web Administrator John Callender

This website has been partially funded by the Governor’s Office of GoServe and The Cesar Chavez Day of Service Learning Grant.

Special Thanks

In addition to those mentioned above, we would like to thank the following people who helped with our project: Mr. Michael Riley (5th grade teacher) John Callender, Linda Callender (parent chaperone), Dennis Huang (parent chaperone), Jan Marholin (Technology Coordinator CUSD) Angela White (3rd grade teacher), Aaron LaPlante (technician), Julie Cole (computer teacher), Julie Soto (Librarian), Community Service Volunteers: Loriann Valverde and David Vallejo, the teachers and the staff at Main School, and all the spouses of those who helped out!

We also want to thank all the students who made the home page thumbnail artwork.
