Skate Park

The Carpinteria skate park is a fun place to skate. There are lots of ramps like "vert ramp," "rollin" and "quarter pipe." Lots of kids know what these words mean.

The skate park provides several ramps for grinding, this one is a vert ramp according to Ryan G. in Mrs. Lopez's class.

There was a parking lot there before the skate park moved in. The skate park is free to get in, you don’t need a parent, and you need pads! It is right across the street from the City Liquor. You better get there before 8:00 P.M. because that is the time it closes.
