The Bistro & Arturo's
This restaurant is two restaurants in one. For breakfast and lunch it is Arturo's, and for dinner it is The Bistro. It used to be Bud's Eggception.
The DeLucia's bought the restaurant in November 1996. They remodeled the inside and had their grand opening in March of 1997.
They have fine dining in Carpinteria at affordable prices.
The L.A. times recently wrote a review of their restaurant and called The Bistro "the best kept secret in Santa Barbara County."
